Estimates on cost for this?
I can't believe it happened though. I've replaced the windshield on my VW twice already from rocks hitting it. Seems that when it hits on the edge, it cracks so easily. Guess it is a weak point. The cracks about 4-5". I hate having to replace them. I've just used a local mobile glass installer before (using OEM glass). I wish there was a better glass to use as well; this one is so soft. A lot of pitting already.

I have State Farm and they cover glass breakage. When my windshield cracked, I just had to pay $50 deductible. I got to choose my glass company and had an OEM windshield installed in my driveway.
