Could you give a reason why? Does it not work on B6s or something?

Many believe it is not as responsive as a sport 110 valve. You will not see performance gains.

Default What he said ^^^.

The N75 is your interface between the ECU and the wastegate, this is what allows the ECU to control boost. Changing this valve, which btw needs to be properly calibrated, can cause you a lot of grief.

Here is a link with some good info on the N75.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1046677.phtml">Good N75 post.</a></li></ul>

Default You can put it any VAG car and it will work, it responses slower than your existing and thus...

maintaining the boost a little longer. The tuners of today have taken full advantage of you cars potential w/the existing modern N75 and trying to push the little KO3S outside it's effiencly level using 80's technology will not help with performance it hurt it a.k.a. heat soak.

There are other factors as well that I'm not going to get to as it's way too much info and I'm sure it has been discussed before. You can save yourself the $60-100 or you can learn the hard way.

Default Yes, this is very ture. You have todays technology in your car much more responsive. We run 300HP...

with the stock N75, why would you need to change it for the little K03S and try to shorten it's life even more.

Default I second this

I went this route, including a bypass to limit the maximum boost. Basically what your doing is bypassing important features that you paid for with the chip. I was never able to get a satisfactory result. The boost will come on harder and hold higher, but the ECU has less control of it and you will get overboost codes, limp mode, and possible fatal turbo and/or engine damage. I went back to the stock N75 and let the chip do its job. If you want more boost than than, buy a bigger turbo.
