Hey Roman, RNS-E is THE way to go!
I put the RNS-E in a year ago Feb. Added Bluetooth in May. Upgraded the speakers and amp with a sub last summer. I put in a JL 500/5 with DLS 6.5" front components and a JL 10" sub in a custom enclosure in the trunk corner. I had Teddy Bgame make me up a custom RCA output harness. I tell you, this kicks *** and is all OEM in appearance. Bluetooth and Nav together is the nuts!
I got the Recaros in and I think I got the seat track cover thing solved. I ordered the parts today and should have them next week. I'll post up if they are the right ones.

Nice, glad to hear you solved the problem with the seats.
As far as nav, I might go with the RNS-E. Still not sure. The stereo upgrade is still some months off (so far I'm shooting for late summer).
