I have a 2003 Audi A4 3.0 Quattro. I am having problems with my Navigation. When I am on a main road or freeway it doesn't tell me. All it says is OFF ROAD. When I go to GPS Data it says ( 0 out of 8 Satilites ) Has anyone had a problem like this. Does anyone here know how to fix it. I am going nuts and the Audi Dealership said nothing was wrong with it! Someone help a Fellow Audi Owner out! Thanks!

Stupid question: Are you trying to start the nav while in the garage or a tunnel? I do know that my NAV will remember the last position (GPS Coordinates) of when I last parked the car, so even if I start from the garage, it is able to calculate a route. It will say "Off Road" until I pull out of my garage. Perhaps yours is not doing this.
Or the antenna in your back window is somehow disconnected or damaged. It is very very rare that I ever see fewer than 5 satellites at a time. 0 out of 8 is only while in a tunnel or a garage.
Or, the only other thing I can think of is that you CD is not seated properly in the unit, but that still should not cause you to not see any satellites.
The dealer telling you that nothing is wrong is flat-out wrong. Have them check your antenna. Has the Nav ever worked?
