b6 has two multi rib sizes
1590mm and 1572 if i remember correct. Also there are two types of tensioner assy. I ordered a new tensioner for my b6, and the mount holes are angled slightly different, and the old belt would not fit (too loose). I just lubed the old bearing in the tensioner and reinstalled. I think the replacment tensioner requires the shorter belt...
