more importantly make sure you get the hub adaptors for the wheels since mercedes and audi have different center bores. Our wheels are hubcentric.

then you will most likely rub.
The 30mm offset will push the wheel out towards the fender by 3/4". The tire itself will stick out an additional 1". So you need to see how much clearance there is right now with your stock wheels between the fender and the tire. If you aren't lowered then you're tire could just stick out of the fender and you wouldn't rub. If you are lowered then you need at least 2" of clearance, which I highly doubt you would have.
You should be okay with the inside of the wheel well because you are loosing 3/4" because of the offset and you're gaining 1" due to the wider wheel/tire. In other words, you are only pushing the wheel in towards the center of the car by a 1/4". Thus make sure you have a good 3/4" of clearance between the suspension parts and the stock tire (I think there is sufficient clearance).
Make sure you rolling diameter of your new wheels + tires stay the same as your current stock set up, or your speedometer will be completely off. If you're unsure, check with the online tire calculator.

http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
