i replaced all those hoses when i did my boost gauge. got some hose from pep-boys. worked out fine.

Default Considering the ID of the fittings, 4mm is more than sufficient. ...

Disregard the comment on the 5mm size, the difference is negligible at best, and would only be worth consideration if all the hoses where larger sized. 5mm won't add any practical benifit for your setup.
