Need some help with my bilstein shocks / H&R springs

right now it sits at 26.5 inches
here are some pics, is this normal or what?

I ask since there are several avaliable. the OE's maintain the stock ride but are a firmer spring, the sport lower 1" or so and are increased rates and the race lower 1.75-2" or so and have increased rates.
Get the number off the spring and cross reference to the H&R website to confirm the spring model. The box could have been mislabeled.

My Bilstein shocks with Eibach springs measure at 25 3/8 in the rear.

doesn't always happen as it seems to be a combination of the spring's ride height and the boost from the high pressure shock.
I got the same result when I installed bilsteins with stock springs on an E36 M3.
When H&R springs were put in, the back was at the proper height relative to the front.
The shocks boosted the rear on stock springs though.
