I had the same problem and couldnt find the part anwhere apart from the stealership so did a self repair. if its only FM your interested in then attach a length of copper wire (speaker wire) with the sheathing intact to the antennae end and wrap it from one end to the other a few times. FM reception is in working order but wont pick up MW. i can post a couple of pics but wont be till the weekend.

I have taken the amplifier out now and wondering if there is anyway for me to fix the issue my self? It looks like the rubber outside is glued on to the circuit board so I am afraid I may break it if I try to take it off to inspect the circuit board for any loose connections.
I found one from a 2005 at a local junk yard for $35. It was the revised part (can't remember the letter code), so it probably has a few years of life in it... It took a bit of searching to find junk yards with B6's, but that was last year - selection might be a bit better now.
Certainly better than paying $330 from the dealership.

sorry for the delay, ive lost my camera so in the end had to take a couple of shots with my cameraphone. sorry for the quality but hopefully you can make out what ive done.
given the amplifier wasnt working, i peeled the rubber backing off carefully and only lost 2 capacitors in the process. using a length of copper wire, i had a probe around the circuitry until i got a good signal and soldered the wire on. The length of wire im using is about 1.5m and just wrapped from one end to the other.
ive been looking for a replacement part but cant seem to find one in the UK apart from the stealership, so for the past year this self mod has served me well.
hope this is of use.

Trim cover at the top of the back window, driver's side. They are pretty expensive....

I have the same crack. On my 2nd antenna booster, and will be looking up the write-up on how to use an aftermarket setup. The OEM is such an expensive, over-engineered, POS! I refuse to buy another one. I had all the parts to do it in-hand about 6 months ago, and I decided to wait on it. It would have only cost me about $50 to do. Someone here at AW did it and posted a link a few years back.

Pretty sure everyone with an older Audi has had this same issue. I found this DIY write up that seemed to help quite a bit. Give this basically free repair a try before spending $$$.
