Am I the only one that thinks the new '04 is fugly?!?
Check it and let me know what you think...don't get me wrong, I had two Bimmers before I got my A4, but this thing looks liked a trumped up Camry. Not only that, the side view looks like a poorly executed attempt at Audi styling...

not impressed...

whats with the large flat surfaces and panels? that just screams cheap!
You just dont have large outward curving plastic facias!
Its been executed very poorly, who knows, maybe its better in person, but even the way the centr console goes into the dash... whats that? Ive seen 17 year old Volvos with that kind of idea behind the join, or Vauxhall Omegas that remind me of that.

it looks a bit better, front shot looked rather harsh in terms of how the plastics looked/blended with the wood with joins etc.
Still though...hmmmmmmm, seats look sweet though!

not in reality, just psychologically you want to look over those things... the dash should not distract from the windscreen, it should just allow your view to flow onto the road.
Looks too fussy and complex on the drivers side too, not to mention all those bends and angles in the plastic! these things tend to look better when you have a new angle from a join point, like our dash changes angles where the interior trim is etc... we dont have some honking great angles etc...plastic "looks" cheapish around there too.
