Default New spark plugs...NGK PFR6Q gapped at .030 sound good for stock 1.8T?

I am doing a spark plug change on my car (dealer wanted to charge $250.00).

I bought the spark plugs at the dealer still (I get a discount on parts) and they gave me NGK PFR6Q and said they are pre-gapped. I checked the gapping and it's ~ .030...sound good?

Default I run NGK BKR7E and BKR6E

They seem to work well, and are pregapped to .032". They are copper plugs, though, that need to be changed very frequently (every 5K or so).

Default Ok how the hell do these coil plugs come out?

Just pull on them hard to pop them out or does something need to be undone?

Default Just pull...

but watch out for the plastic clips that hold the wiring connectors. They seem to be a bit brittle - I would suggest not using a screwdriver - just use your thumbs.
