Default new suspension setup... =)

i can't stop smiling. today i fixed the problem with my rear FK coilovers being too low...screw the coil-threads being shaved, screw the springs being collapsed. i put in my stock sport rear springs ('02) while keeping everything else from my CO set. then i stiffened my rear H-sports to stiffest, and turned my rear rebound down to 50%. raised the front to 25" (ground-fender) and camber set to neg 1.75 degrees. the rear is just slightly under 25.5" w/ neg 1 camber.

results? at first i was really worried about having different spring rates but apparently FK is not that aggressive and the stock sport springs aren't bad themselves. i took the car up for some twisties, and my car now TURNS (increased yaw due to lightened rear because of the rake, and stiffer sways). talk about carving (snowboarding term), the softer rear rebound and longer springs let me pull out of one turn and dance into another. i couldnt be more happy. oh and now i can take people who weigh more than 180lbs without rubbing, not to mention put back my spare haha. i hope to get some pictures this weekend if you guys are interested.

props given to Darin at West-End in Gardena...if any of you need suspension work on your B6 A4, he gets it done no matter how hard it is (believe me, the rear is not easy). reliable guy.
