I woke up this morning all excited to go to see the car and I read this thing, and I thought what the fvck, I have done nothing wrong and this ***** already started. But re-reading I need to apologize to Bla4ck.
In another words, the deal with the 2003 A4 did not work as planned. The car is believed to have 16,000 miles on it, but the tires were all wasted including the spare tire. Me and my friend had serious doubts if the mileage hasn't been tampered with. When I told the guy that I would like to take the car to the dealership to run the diagnostics, he became very defensive, and said that he did not have the time to do it. All in all, I said thank you and left. Now I am back to the search again.

I was pointed to a website before, but it's possibly Chinese so I couldn't understand and navigate thru it.
As for the tires, my Aunt's 2003 Audi had 17,000 miles and had bald tires on the edges because she was running too low of a pressure all those years.
So both are possible, but what makes it odd is his unwillingness to check out the car by an Audi dealer. I would rather do that and have them tell the buyer the state so they can accept the vehicle as is than get back to me and accuse that I'm hiding some defect.
