S-line is already is going to be optional on the TT and A6 04.5 in the States.
in fact at the philly auto show just last week there was a C5 A6 and a TT with the S-line package. The package included: RS4 Type 18s, S-line exterior badging (on the rear door impact strips), S-line steering wheel, shift ****, leather seats with cloth inserts, etc...
I would say based on this trend that the S-line option will come to the US market in 05 for the A4, the Ultra Sport will be phased out to prepare for the 05.5 B6 facelift.

actually they haven't decided if they're gonna rename the ultrasport package to s-line
eventhough the other models of the gamme such as the ones you mentioned: TT and A6, will have an s-line package...
