No power to radio

No power to radio
Just returned from Iraq and my wife had battery issues this summer. She got suckered into a new battery and now the radio has no power. The fuses in the rear of the unit and the main fuse panel are fine. I am going to disconnect the battery and attempt a reset today. Does anyone know of any other reasons this could be happening?!

2002 Firmware problems with the stereo cause it to malfunction...
i think this is what happend to me somewhat recently...your dealer should replace it no ?s asked if thats the case
