Nobody has an opinion about aftermarket diverter valves?
My account of my Hyperboost diverter valve had 85 views and not a SINGLE response! I know that at least three or four of you have an aftermarket DV; it's on your sigs!
Is everyone afraid to be honest about (a)the DV performance gain being a myth, or (b)their lack of understanding about what they spent their $150 on?

unless your stock DV went bad, there's no difference if you changed to an aftermarket DV. CHECK LINK
plus, you gain no hp with an aftermarket DV. only the assurance that it won't fail or go bad.<ul><li><a href="http://dv.mistertam.com">CLICK here, good info.</a></li></ul>

Depends on what condition your stock valve is in...
If you're loosing boost cause the stock valve is shot, then it does improve performace...but not more than a healthy new stock valve.

Agreed, but before you conclude that, we need to define what performance means to you.
If a more-responsive or quicker, smoother throttle isn't a "performance gain" to you, then what is?
