o2 sensors and vag-com...(m)

i've read about ppl using the measuring blocks in vag-com to confirm that the oxygen sensor is indeed bad.... anyone care to lend me hand on how to do this?

it is under block 032, and more going up or down in the block

numbers..check out the vag forum there is a post by jet jocky about it plus more info from ross tech..
