Odd sound, could this be a bent axle?
Driving just now passenger in the car told me they could hear an odd sound, coming from the front, which is something I've been hearing as well. Its hard to describe, but it sort of sounds like you can hear the front wheels rolling (but not normally). Does this sound like it could be a bent axle? I did have a couple bent rims a few weeks ago on the left side, and I'm worried the axle may have been damaged too. The car seems to ride just fine, with no vibrations, but this sound is certainly apparent. Again, sounds like you can hear the front wheels rolling almost as though there was a pebble in the tire treads (which there isn't). Only audible at speeds above 25 or 30mph...

Kind of a grinding humming sound ? Does it get louder
when you turn one way or another at speed ? Most likely a bearing. If you re-used the tires from the bent wheels, you could also have internal tire damage ( tread seperation or belt seperation ). If it's a clicking noise, you could have damaged a CV joint - alhough that would be a little unusual.
