Does anybody have a picture, illustration, or description of how the OEM snub mount is oriented? In other words, which direction does the rubber mount slide onto the end of the bracket? I replaced my old, worn factory snub mount with an Apikol snub, but I've decided I want to go back to OEM. I ordered an OEM mount, but now I can't remember which direction it goes on. I have an electronic service manual for the B6, but I can't find any diagrams in there showing the snub orientation.

I appreciate the help!

IF I'm not mistaken, the little "ridge" on the rubber piece is closest to the front of the car.

Makes sense, that's the way the aftermarket snub goes on. I forgot about that ridge.
