Not trying to run MB off B6 but if I were buying again
I'd have a hard look at the S6 wagons. They're alot of performance in the under $30K range on the used market.
But then again I'm a married family man and MB's a college boy.

I dunno college kids move around alot.
I stayed put when I was in school but I seemed to be an oddity.
I had a 1962 Chevy C-10 at the time and it was borrowed for moves often.
