Offset tire questions

Offset tire questions
I am getting my DTM Kruez 18x8 this friday and got a staggered offset. (2 inch lip roughly) When speaking with DTM when I spoke of the tires I bought, 235-40-18 Bridgestone Potenza RE750 they mentioned that they may rub. I am running eibach pro's with Koni's and oem sport bump stops. Do you think I am going to have rubbing issues? Please let me know. Also what is a good psi to run on those tires?

I am guessing probably closer to a 30 offset
I have 16's right now and I think those have 35 offset. Assuming the staggered offset will move the wheels out I would say somewhere between 35-30 would be correct.
