Oil Leak

I seem to have a small oil leak. I have to add a quart of oil between every oil change (5000 miles). I use 0w40 mobile one. When I was changing the oil I noticed the plastic cover at the bottom had oil splattered on it. Today I checked my oil and when I opened the hood the plastic cover at the TOP of the engine seems to be wet with oil. This portion of the cover seems to correspond to the cylinder heads of the engine if I am not mistaken?
Anyone know how bad this is I a ready for the bad news.

Yeah post pictures, but could just be the valve cover. btw, 1 quart every 5000 is nothing to be too worried about, so probably no worries about the engine itself. Couple questions:
How many miles?
Do you have a belly pan? If not, does it drip below the car? If so, approximately where.
Lastly, pull the two clips on the timing belt cover, pull the cover back and look with a flashlight below the exhaust cam gear and intake cam sensor. Does you see oil?
