I have a 1999 1/2 A4 Audi tells me thay will not reimburse me because after the first 25000 miles I changed my oil every 10000 miles instead of the recommended 5000. I told them the car was driven cross country and all the miles are highway and I changed the oil when the computer suggested maintenance. Even though the car was always serviced by audi dealers and I was always told the car was in perfect shape thay claim the maintance book states the oil must be changed every 5000 miles , my pump went after my 60000 mile service can anybody advise if Audi is right.
