lol...just talked to her on the phone and she said that it beeped at her this morning....
and it took about 5-10secs after start up before it beeped. I guess it could still be the remotes since I just realized my remote has had the batteries replaced once before and hers has never had a battery replacment.

interesting...hmm....
did you change anything about how you start the car or where you park it, or if you lock it at night, etc? Any change in your normal morning routine at all?

Ya, I just did a search for "beeping" and it returns about 6 others that have had the same issue...
I think before I do anything I'm going to hook the VAG-COM up to it to look for codes.

i've heard something similar too....
at first i thought it was from my amps, but they were fine, and then i read about the battery and whatnot, but my alarm still works and the chirping's only intermittent, so i'm not too worried now. if you find a fix though, i'd be interested in hearing what it is

Mine has done this several times over the past year and the dealer has looked into it...
a couple of times and each time they say they find some sporadic fault codes but can't pin down what is causing it.
