Oopps... shorted out the stereo... fuse? question...

Oopps... shorted out the stereo... fuse? question...
I'm slowly installing my phatbox, and i noticed last night that i possibly shorted something out.
1. All lights except the center display are out.
2. The top display in the instrument cluster is off
3. The stereo won't turn off/on with when key is out/in.
Would this be a simple fix like a fuse?
