Just converted my stock box with KNN panel filter to a cone air intake today.
questions.

-does the cone replace the entire airbox?

-what heat shielding is available to ensure the air taken in is not hot?

-what's the funny hesitating sound i get when i let go of the throttle?

-ppl with this mod, did you remove the entire stock airbox completely? or did you leave the 'accordian' like intake covers intact?

pls advise tks.


so far response in low end is sad but high end performance seems better, boosting at a higher pressure now.
