when I painted my lowers, I was debating between painting the doorblades red or black. I decided to try black. I still have a lot of leftover plastic sealer, basecoat, and clearcoat left to repaint them red if I change my mind. Seeing the results, they are probably going to stay black though.

Keep them black and see how you like it. You can always paint them later.
