my dad was apart of a family business for 15 years or so. It was my dad and his 2 brothers all with an equal 1/3 share in ownership. The company was highly successful and it was because my dad did absolutely all of the work. His two brothers mooched off of him the entire time and my dad was stuck, because he needed the business to provide for his family, yet he was providing for 2 other families at the same time. Buying out the brothers was never a viable option either. Anyway they closed the business a few years ago and all went their separate ways into new ventures and my dad's two brothers turn around and sue my dad after the business is closed. It's really sad. I feel so bad for my dad because he is one of 5 children and all of the other 4 kids are close and my dad has no family relationship, because they're all awful people. Sometimes my parents wonder if it's them but I know they're not crazy. They're just honest hard working people which is usually overlooked, taken for granted, under appreciated, etc. in the world today.

Anyway sorry for the rant, all I can say is I'm glad my dad is 100% done with his family now because they're awful people!
