It depends....
on what exactly you mean by "full flush". In the literal case, where all of the fluid is flushed out and replaced by new fluid, the fluid quantity needed to fill a new "dry" trans, is about 9 or 10 liters, plus the extra fluid to fill the fluid cooler and cooler hoses.
If only the trans pan is drained, via the drain plug, the replacement fluid needed for refill is between 3 and 4 liters.
