paging Meskeetdog, I have a question for you...
I remember you mentioned you had an extra manifold, was it intake or exhaust. The reason I ask is because the intake manifold I bought has one fitting missing, the one where the red circle is...

It connects to the piece of tubing after the check valve right off the suction pump. I was wondering what size (OD) barb (if it is barb, I assume it is because all the other fittings are) the fitting is. I'll have to tap the manifold and screw in another fitting to replace the one missing. If you could help me I would really appreciate it, thanks.

Thanks, I still have quite a few steps left though....
the worst part is removing the cast marks around all the little curves, edges, etc... I have no fingerprints left!!!

mine is an exhaust manifold..looks like this one from SPP. i think Jetjockey did his own port/polish
thats where i got the idea.. i think he got it ceramic coated on the inside too.

ok, thanks for the reply
I was trying to get the size without having to pull the hose off the one in my car but I guess I'll have to deal with the goddamn stock hose clamp!!!
