no, they are in russia....I order most of my parts from www.vwparts.com
they can have extremely slow shipping, so it's best to call after you place the order to find out how long they expect the part to arrive.
You might want to find out the local dealer price, because it can be a wash since you have to pay shipping from the online site, but no tax. Whereas, with the local dealer you have to pay tax and no shipping.
