Default thanks for the info. I have considered a clear bra (more)

Might get one. I also got a set of wheels/tires from a guy and he threw in a regular bra from a B5 for nothing. Gonna see A) if it fits on the car and B) if it looks stupid or good. If the bra doesn't look good my plan is to get a clear one.

Default My experience has been that the regular bras do more damage than good....

if not properly cared for. This means diligently cleaning and removing it periodically. Dirt and dust that gets between the bra and the paint will scratch the crap out of your finish if left there for any length of time. I don't know about you, but I don't have the time to worry about and tend to something like that. People will say the clear bra looks like crap because of the visible eges or that it's hard to clean wax and clay bar fragments from the edges. I'll agree that it does lead to a few more steps when detailing the car, but I think the extra effort a few times a year is well worth the effortless protection afforded the rest of the time. Just my $.02!
