Painted lowers?

I got a quote for all the lowers painted and spoiler painted and installed for $1,100. I purchased the spoiler seperate. Is that a lot?

but the more you pay, the better job they will do ...but not always, thats a crazy $$

If its a lip spoiler, that should be painted for $50 at the most, so yea, your quote for lowers is

high!

thats not too bad at all. there are about 8 pieces for all the lowers plus the spoiler. also depends on how they are doing it. most of the shops that are doing it more cheaply are just masking things off and basically doing it half ***. when mine were painted, everything was taken off and painted, then put back on. its also pretty much a factory paint job, and it cost me about a grand. 2 years now and no chipping problems. you get what you pay for. i've heard of people having problems from cheaper paint jobs.
