Part # Request, Crankcase Breather System

one number for 6 is 06b-103-245... however there is another version
one version is as drawn... the other has an extra connection perpendictularly intersecting the output on the 10 hose side. I think the other version has a non 1.8T engine prefix. 030 maybe... I am a lil foggy on it right now, been a while since I've sold one.
5 is 06a-103-247...
10 shyt... there are two versions of that hose... one ends in C... I cant remember the complete part number its an 06a/06b 103 2** number.

Ive got a crack or something down there...
I'm misting oil off that area a little, not losing any oil really but its caused a little bit of a mess.
Im hoping to change out the T and these parts without taking off the intake manifold. hopefully thats possible.

Need year & Vin #'s. Looks like there are some Vin splits on at least one of those
