Default Phillips ultinon bulb the best?????

Yesterday I posted a question about upgrading the stock Xenons and got great information. My only other question is that the people who responded seemed to mention the ultinon blubs. Are these the best on the market, the cheapest, or just the ones with the highes volume. If someone could tell me if these are the best quality bulbs I would really appreciate it.

For 6000k bulbs, they're the best. However, they're definitely not as bright as stock.

Default The only "real" 6000k are the philips ultinon, osram makes...

a 5400k bulb, but it is used in there xenarc line of products.

www.autolamps-online.com

The only bulbs that philips make is 4100k and 6000k, the rest of the color temps (7000k, 8000k and 9000k) are cheap bulbs, literally, from korea and china or what not. Osram only makes 4100k and 5400k as well. Both osram and philips bulbs are quality bulbs made in germany or europe.

CMC - I concur and so do the spec sheets that the 6000k ultinons aren't as bright as stock.

Let me know if you need any more help with questions about xenon bulbs or anything relating.

Default imo Xenarcs are the best choice...

...cause they are more white/blue then stock, but not as blue as the 6000K bulbs. So you will have the same or better brightness as stock but with a more bluish look. The 6000K bulbs actually reduce brightness by 20%.

Default Ultinons are quality Philips bulbs - but just a cosmetic 'upgrade' for some.

They are not as bright as 4,100 or 4,300 lights but they are still bright remember..way better than halogens.

If you like the purple look they are awesome.
