plate options tell me which one looks best...just europlate isn't an option
the locals like to bust everyones ***** about little **** so basically this is my only two options. let me know what you think. thanks

Re: 4th.... I'm on my way to Buffalo for a few days tomorrow.
I'm always glad when I go up there that I live in PA where we don't have front plates. One of the few good things about PA.

Don't know. I do remember friends trying to register in non-smog test counties, though.
I know guys trying to run straight pipes that wouldn't pass annual inspection who would try to register in the rural counties that don't have emmissions testing. But they never could figure out how to do it.
I doubt you'd be able to pull it off.
