Default Platinum interior is drab. Anyone have experience dying the dash and upper door trim?

I'm thinking of black. Probably have a professional do it if possible. Either that or make the fiberglass gray belt line trim piano black. I need something to break up the monotone. I think a black shift boot and **** will help too.

TIA.

Default Like this?

Not dying or painting the trim but CF trim!

I think it gives the Platinum interior a nice contrast.

Default Just came back from there. He sprayed dye. I will look for a wipe on for less mess.

maybe the belt line trim as black with a black shift **** and boot will do it if I chicken out on DIY dash or if it's too expensive.

Default I just found a site with wipe on Audi color match dye. I just might give it a whirl.

Default If you do this I might follow suit. Choosing the Platinum interior color is one of the 3 regrets I

have from how I originally ordered my A4 from the factory.

Default Not dash (because I have black) but the headliner and door pillars, yeah

Thinking about covering them in black Alcantara
