hi guys.
i have 02 a4 1.8t with sport pack. i bought a new car back in 2002 from the wholesaler located in Los Angeles area.
the car came with the xenon as i chose for an option. and of course i thought that it's a factory xenons.
then about a year ago, i found out that these are not a factory xenons. but it was cool until i start having a problem.
one of the xenon light went off now (passenger side). i thought the xenons last forever, meaning that life time of those are permanent. i guess i was wrong.
i am pretty sure the warranty wouldn't cover this especially the 4 yr/50k was expired about 2 yrs ago.

i'd like to know the best solution in this case. if the replacing the xenon is the only choice, i'd like to replace it to the brightest xenon as possible. (is bi-xenon the brighter than the xenon?)

plus, what's the difference between xenon, bi-xenon and hid?

Please help me to finding a xenon i need to replace.

the whole light or just a xenon bulb?? new bulbs are like $150 or so i think

well do you need a whole xenon headlamp or did the bulb just burn out?

since the passenger side does not light up, i guess the bulb burned out.
if i need to replace the bulb, what are the options i have?
