Default My 2 cents...choose based on your driving "needs." Teh KDW's are a bit noisy

and tend to squeal on teh tight twisties. As a daily driver tire, they have been fine. Good tread life and perform well in wet/dry.

They would not be my first choice for regular spirited driving and/or for the track.

GL

Peace!

Default Yeah, I'm sensing that. I still have to pick one over the other. Both have good reviews.

And I really like the funky tread pattern of the BFG's.

Ahhhhh! It's driving me nuts.

Default Did you hit up Gary at TR?...and yeah I dig teh agressive tread pattern on the BFG's

Teh only other tire I've run on this ride is the Dunlop Sport 9000....and I liked them, while others don't like the Dunlops. I hear good things about GY, Mich PS2's and teh Toyo's.

GL

Peace!

Default Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 are wicked in the wet & dry, very quiet and durable

I have over 40,000km on them and my fronts still look new and the rears are holding up to the -1.9 degree of camber nicely.

Default GS-D3 are better than both KDW and T1-R

They handle well, feel great, are amazing in the wet, and most importantly they don't wear out in a season. They are also quiet. I've had GS-D3 and T1-R, have not owned a set of KDW2 but never heard great things about them especially on heavy cars like ours.

Wow, 40K km? That's great. Now I'm leaning towards GY.
