Default Poll: Octane availability from East Coast to West Coast
Hi everyone. I'm going to take a trip out to California next Friday, and I was wondering what are the highest octane ratings available throughout the lower 48 states. I would apreciate responses. Reason is I need to know so I can plan a possible chip programs for 91 and 100. I already have APR stage 1+ ECMS chip w/ stock and 93 modes.

TX has mostly 87 89 and 93. Very few places have 91.

The best you're going to get in CA is 91.

CO and most locations at elevation have 91 max

Default Recommendations
So would anyone recommend installing the programs for 91 octane, cause I'm going to be driving in California.

Default I've seen 87/89/93 in MA, in CO I saw 85/87/91, 2 less...
Some places (Sunoco?) also have 94 and maybe 91.

buy some toluene and add to the tank to boost octane number.

Altitude reduces the need for octane.
