coming off a hard run/drive/lap you may see oil temps as high as 240-250... I let the oil come down to 210 before i shut it off.. might take a while but i would much rather burn gas than destroy a turbo.

5 minutes after a hard drive, ~30 seconds if driving lightly. I sometimes drive 0.7 miles uphill on my way home- turbo gets bright orange. 5 minutes is the amount of time required to allow the turbo glow to visually subside. Coming the other direction (mostly downhill, easy driving) the turbo isn't even glowing visibly.

Just use commonsense to determine how long to cool the car down for. I mean if you run the car hard on the way to work and in the last couple miles you go easy on the throttle odds are you don't need much cool down time if any at all.
