I just dropped by the local VW dealer to check out some parts and I can't believe they are charging at least equal to my Audi dealer a few miles away.
For example I was looking for the lug caps which my Audi dealer quoted $0.80 per cap. Thinking this was too expensive for a plastic item that breaks easily, I headed to the VW parts and they quoted me $1.73 per cap. So if you need to equip all your 20 lugs...
Also I checked the coilpack R revision and it's $45 versus the Audi dealer which is approx $35.
Ouch. They might as well have invested in an Audi in the long run.
