Had a tail light burned out for a while, was driving by the dealer so I had them change it under warranty (might as well).
Tech changes both tail lights and sends me on my way. about 20 minutes driving down the road, the tail light warning light comes on again. Sure enough, the same bulb burned out again.
Any ideas as to why it would burn out so quickly again? Possible wiring issue somewhere that is causing it to burn?

It is most unlikely that there is a wiring issue because all the lights in your car are pulse width modulated. You can stick a screw driver across two wires and it will short but the module (vehicle electrics module) will see this and cut power to that circuit. They probably just dropped a lot of bulb in the parts dept.
