Is it possible to retrofit the power seats option from the 3.0 to the 1.8T? I have B6 S4 Recaros.

Yes. You need to order the switch and control module as the Recaros have the 3rd piece in the base
I looked at the Bentley and it doesn't look very hard to wire up but the hardest part is trying to figure out how to run the wiring from the inside of the cabin, through the door conduit and into the door.

Well I was going to do the mod and then tell you how to do it. =)
I looked into doing this mod and put it on the backburner since I had other projects come up.
Come Spring I'll look into it again as I really hate it when someone adjusts my seat settings but it is going to happen quite a bit since I'll be using my car to show off my pod and gauges I am making.
I guess whomever does it first tells the other. =)

I'm looking at the part numbers and it appears there is only one part number for...
the wiring harness in the door that plugs into the switch. So I think all the cars are pre-wired for it. Someone just needs to pop their door panel off and check.

Can you tell where you found info on the door module? All I can find is...
8E09597695PR Door switch
8E19595277PE Trim for door switch
8E0959760 Controller (under seat)
I'm also getting the P/N's for the controller bracket and associated hardware. It looks like both front seats have controllers, I need to check on that though.
