HID is a conversion kit and I love the intake.
Got em both from a local Co (see link) below. The HID's were 8000k for a year or so but I swapped to 6000k 6 months ago and am VERY happy with the results.
As far as the intake, performance gains are highly debateable but the blow off like sound is addictive and I will not go BOV on my car so its as close as I will get.

I was just looking into those myself
I narrowed my choices down to Rieger or Caractere. They both fit great with the original Audi design without shouting aftermarket.
But since Caractere is $300 and Rieger only $85, I think I'm going for Rieger. But I haven't decided if I want a roof spoiler at all.
Anyway, these are the brands I've found:
Oettinger:
