Default Preferred NGK copper spark plugs for bone stock 2002 1.8tqm?

I know the OEM laser platinums are recommended, but I prefer copper plugs, BKR6E comes to mind, but what does the forum prefer?

Default those are good change every 5K miles with oil/rotate

i found BRK7e's for stage 1+ work better in hot georgia summer.

5K change with oil - easy to remember.
