Anyone have experience with D-Patrick Audi in Evansville, Indiana. I bought a 2002 A4 3.0Q 3 weeks ago. Having problems with service dept. they argue with me about the "dreaded" fan controller module. Say it's supposed to be on all the time at full blast!?!?! Also taking forever to work on another engine problem. They've had the car 4 days and haven't started to work on it yet!?!?

Try talking to Chuck in the service dept. or try to get your salesman involved. I have bought two Audi's at D-Patrick and never had any problems getting them fixed.

My brother bought a Porsche boxster from them, and had issues with their service department. His genernal sentiment to me was that he thought they were morons. He had a couple of "good" stories, but my favorite concerned routine oil changes. Apparently the car has two oil filters and it came to his attention (I don't remember how) that only one had been changed. The excuse was jumbled mess that lead you to belive that either they didn't know there were two, or decided it was just too hard to get the second off. He has since traded to boxster for a 1998 911 that is no longer under warranty (he can bring it to other places and do some of the work himself). Of course the people that do the Porsche work may not be the same that are doing the Audi work. Afterall, past performance is no guarentee of future performance ...
