Purchasing used A4- is this an ok price?
I'm looking for some opinions on this price:

KBB (Kelly's Blue Book) quotes the price for this at $29,655 (w/o extra tires and wheels). Edmunds quotes the price at about $28,000 (w/o extra tires and wheels). Edmunds even allows you to enter the true options that were available for that car, not just the generic list that KBB provides.
Which is closer to right? If KBB is right, then I think the price is close, but if not, is the price way off? Also, the car is spotless and in perfect condition.

I got an amazing deal but last sept I got a car with similar options minus the wheels/mats, for
$29,500 with 13k miles, it now has 35k miles and I love it alot. I'd offer him $27,500.

Not IMHO.....because you are missing out on the 6yr/100k warranty you get
with Audi assured. He could lower his price by a $2k-$3k.
Just to give an idea, I got my car in February with just under 10K on the odo for around $30k (from the dealership).
