Pzero Nero M+S v. Pilot Sport A/S
Time to replace my OEM Pilot HXs and am hoping for feedback on my choices (for a 3.0 non-sport, 17").
I live in the San Francisco area and don't want to mess with seasonal sets. As far as weather goes, I just need a tire that will perform well on standing water and the occasional trip to snow country.
Based on tirerack reviews I've narrowed down to the Neros and Sport A/S. Thanks for sharing your experiences.

Can't say about the Pzeros, but I had the Pilot Sport A/S and I loved them>>>
I didn't want to pay Michelin prices when I went 17" so I tried the Avon M550 (too noisy) and the Kumho ECSTA ASX (not Michelins, but I like them a lot). Here's my previous thread on the Avons and Kumhos.

https://forums.audiworld.com/a4gen2/msgs/934972.phtml</a

I also live in SF and I have the Pilot Sport A/S and I think they are great. They handle
well in the dry, worked well going up to Tahoe last year, are relatively quiet etc.. I have had them for 22K miles and they should reach about 30-35K. They are very nice. ML
