Default quattro and dynos

sorry i'm not a real gear head. i was wondering how do you dyno an AWD vehicle? the only dyno that i've seen (at emission testing facilities) turns either the two front or two rear wheels. wouldn't you have to turn all the wheels on an AWD vehicle?
